Our Recruitment Process for Nurses
Application
Would you like to work as a nurse in Germany/Belgium?
Send us your application and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will invite you to an information event where you can find out everything you need to know about working as a carer in Germany.

Once accepted, you begin language training. Nursing roles require at least B1 or B2 proficiency, depending on the employer. We offer online German and French classes that you can participate in from the comfort of your home.
Recognition process
Your application will be sent to the Recognitional offices to assess the equivalence of your studies with the German profession, a process that may take 4-6 months. If not equivalent, you’ll receive a deficiency notice and need to complete an adjustment measure in Germany.
Visa
Once all requirements are met, we can begin planning your legal entry to Germany, including visa application. We assist with all preparations, both domestically and internationally, including flight coordination, for a timely arrival.

Welcome Abroad! We're excited to meet you. Upon arrival, we'll arrange transportation to your accommodation and give you a tour, introducing you to your surroundings, workplace, employer and colleagues.
Adaptation Measures
If there is a deficit in your nursing documents, you must attend an adjustment course in Germany/Belgium, which may take 5-8 months. During this time, you will work as a nurse assistant until you complete the course or knowledge test.
